The consultation takes place online, where we will discuss your issues, screen share and work together in real-time. Sessions are usually 60 minutes.

  • A consultation is 60 minutes long.  To book a consultation payment of £100 must be made in full.

  • Our consultations are completely tailored to your needs.  If you're struggling with layout issues, want help customising your design, need to add custom CSS, or just want expert feedback on your site, we’ll focus on whatever matters. No question is too big or too small!

  • When you book your consultation, you will complete a form where we’ll ask a few quick questions about your website, your requirements and any specific challenges you're facing. This helps us make the most of our time together. If you have any design inspiration, notes, or login details ready, that’s even better!

  • Absolutely! We love helping beginners. We will explain things in a way that’s clear, friendly, and totally free from confusing jargon. Our goal is for you to leave the session feeling more confident and in control of your website.

  • If you'd like us to, yes! With screen sharing, we can work through changes live, together. We’re also happy to demonstrate techniques, walk you through processes, or help you make edits in real-time. It’s all up to your comfort level.

  • Yes! We’re experienced in adding and troubleshooting custom CSS and small code tweaks on Squarespace. If something is beyond what’s possible within Squarespace, we’ll always let you know and suggest the best workaround or next steps.

  • No problem! Many clients come to us simply knowing something doesn’t feel “right” with their site. We’ll start by reviewing your site together and help you identify areas for improvement or optimisation.

  • After the session, you'll receive a quick follow-up email with a summary of what we covered, along with any useful links or notes we discussed. You’re also welcome to book additional sessions anytime you need further support.

  • Definitely! Many of our clients come back for additional consultations as their websites grow or evolve. You can book sessions as needed or get in touch if you’d like to discuss a more ongoing support arrangement.

  • Yes payment is refundable based on certain time limits.

    • 100% of the payment will be refunded 14 days prior to the scheduled session date.

    • 50% of the payment will be refunded 7 days prior to the scheduled session date.

    • Within 24 hours of the scheduled session date, the payment will not be refunded.

  • You can reschedule your quick help session date, however, the refund policy will apply.
