The Process

This will assist both parties in gaining clarity on your technical website requirements and visual presentation goals. In essence, it will define what functionalities you desire your website to possess and how you envisage its appearance.

After reviewing your submission, if any clarification is required we will address any potential uncertainties, that may have arisen from your submission, during the free discovery call. This will ensure that any issues are resolved and understood before moving forward.

Once we have reached a consensus on the requirements for your website build, we will proceed to determine the project design fees which will also encompass the payment terms.

The design fees for the project will be divided into three payments/release installments. The breakdown is as follows:
50% deposit to initiate the design process.
30% deposit upon presentation of the first website draft.
20% final payment just prior to the website's launch.

This process entails gathering the necessary elements to fulfill your website's technical and design requirements. These elements encompass website text/copy, images, and branding assets such as logos, colors, and mood boards. While it is not always mandatory to have all the content prepared before beginning, we will identify the essential core content based on the project's needs. Additional assets can be incorporated as the design progresses. We will provide guidance on the formats and technical aspects involved throughout this process.

Once we have obtained the necessary content, we will initiate the design preparation phase, followed by the implementation of design elements and features. Your website will be constructed on the Squarespace platform.

Within approximately a week of receiving the content, you will be presented with the initial draft of the website.
At this stage, you will be responsible for paying the Squarespace subscription fee. Additionally, we will assist in purchasing and/or connecting your domain name and setting up your business email.
You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request revisions during three rounds of revisions, allowing for fine-tuning and adjustments. If necessary, we will also acquire any required stock photos and videos during this phase.
Throughout the entire design process, we will be available for consultations via phone, email, and chat.
To ensure a smooth transition, we offer 7 days of free post-launch support. During this time, we will provide you with website maintenance tutorials, address any queries you may have, and offer guidance as needed.
